Everyone living, working or visiting the City of Logan deserves access to high quality, innovative services and community facilities. Growing communities, particularly those in Logan’s south-west, need to have infrastructure and services that keep pace with growth.
PRIORITIES
The need to expand the Logan Hospital is being driven by a growing and ageing population. The current capacity constraints are creating extended emergency department and outpatient waiting times, emergency department overcrowding and delays in providing care. Read more
Our advocacy efforts have helped attract infrastructure commitments for health, education and community facilities in Yarrabilba and Flagstone. More is needed, so we’ll continue working on behalf of the Logan community to keep our needs front of mind for decision-makers. Read more
